The contents of this revision are mainly administrative in nature.
They include the current chain-of-command for the Security Management organization, the type of weapons on site and a change to the shotgun qualification requirements.
Pursuant to 10CFR 50.4, the signed original and three copies of the security plan revisions are being provided to your office. A copy of this letter and two copies of the security plan revisions are being sent to Region III.
He have concluded that these changes do not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the plan.
These enclosures contain Safeguards Information which must be protected from public disclosure pursuant to 10CFR 73.21.
