This revision is in response to the letter from Mr. L. Robert Gregor dated August 2, 1991 and addresses the issue identified in t:ie enclosure to the letter.
Pursuant to 10CFR 50.4, the signed original and three copies of the security plan revisions are being provided to your office. A copy of this letter and two copies of the security plan revisions are being sent to Region III.
He have concluded that these changes do not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the plan.
These enclosures contain Safeguards Information which must be protected from public disclosure pursuant to 10CFR 73.21.
