Dear Sir:
The Authority submitted proposed changes to the FitzPatrick Technical Specifications via Reference 1.
The NRC subsequently issued these changes as Amendment No. 80.
This amendment clarified the surveillance requirements for the High Pressure Water Fire Protection System in Section 4.12.A.l.e (page 244a) to make the terminology consistent with the res.t of the Technical Specifications.
Our review of the approved changes, revealed that another change was inadvertently made to this same page (244a) during typing.
Specifically, pump test frequency was mistakenly changed from "Once/ month" to "Once/ week" in Section 4.12.A.b on page 244a.
This error was inadvertently introduced by the Authority in our amendment application; a change in pump test frequency was not.

This is supported by the fact that the safety evaluation included in Refarence 1 makes no mention of pump test frequency.
