Forty-one (41) copies of errata to a Westinghouse docunent entitled, Westinghouse Advanced Pressurized Water Reactor RESAR-SP/90, PDA Module 4,
" Reactor Coolant System" (Proprietary).

One (1) copy of an Application for Withholding Proprietary Information Frcm Public Disclosure, AW-84-71 (Non-Proprietary).

One (1) copy of an original affidavit, AW-82-57 (Non-Proprietary).
The enclosed Figure 5.1-2, " Reactor Coolant System Piping and Instrunentation Diagram (3 Sheets)" was inadvertently lef t out of the proprietary version of RESAR-SP/90 PDA Module 4, " Reactor Coolant System" which was sutaitted via the reference letter.
Please insert a copy of this figure in each copy of Module 4 following Figure 5.1-1.
