2. One (1) copy of an Application for Withholding Proprietary Information Frcm t

Public Disclosure, AW-84-71 (Non-Proprietary).

3. One (1) copy of an original affidavit, AW-82-57 (Non-Proprietary).

The enclosed Figure 5.1-2, " Reactor Coolant System Piping and Instrunentation Diagram (3 Sheets)" was inadvertently lef t out of the proprietary version of RESAR-SP/90 PDA Module 4, " Reactor Coolant System" which was sutaitted via the reference letter. Please insert a copy of this figure in each copy of Module 4 following Figure 5.1-1.

In conformance with the requirements of 10CFR2.790, as amended, of the Cornission's regulations, we are enclosing with this submittal an application for withholding proprietary information frce public disclosure and an affidavit. The affidavit sets forth the basis on which the information may be withheld from public disclosure by the Commission.
