Dear Mr. Eisenhut:
The Government Accountability Project has been retained on an emergr icy basis by the Citizens for Safe Energy (CASE) in conaection with Waterford Unit 3.
In that connection, commentt, are being prepared to the June 28, 1984 Louisiana Power and Light response to your June 13, 1984 letter.
Unfortunately, we did not receive the response until July 9.
We request two weeks to provide comments critiquing the response, measured from the July 9 date of receipt.
If there is any problem granting this request, please contact Ms. Lynne Bernabei of our office, who will return on Monday to GAP's offices in Washington, D.C. Otherwise, Ms.
Bernabei will submit comments by July 23.
