Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station Docket No. 50-219 Technical Specification Change Request No. 112 In accordance with 10CFR50.59, 10CFR50.90 and 10CFR50.91, GPU Nuclear Corporation, operator of the Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Statlan, Provisional Operating License No. OPR-16, requests changes to Appendix A of that license.
The subject Technical Specification Change Request involves Section 3.5, 3.5 Dases and Section 4.5 Bases. This change will reduce the primary containment atmosphere from 5% 02 to 4% 02-This Technical Specification Change Request has been reviewed in accordance with Section 6.5 of the Oyster Creek Technical Specifications.
Pursuant to 10CFR50.91(b)(1), a copy of this Technical Specification Change Request has been sent to the State of New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection.
