s On behalf of a client injured by gas leakage at the Oyster

Creek Nuclear Generating Station, Lacey Township, New Jersey, on or about June 6, 1983, wethereby request, under the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act, copies of any and all documents filed with any government agency in connection with the leakage.
This includes but is not lymited to the following:
(1) Preliminary Notification Report, which we understan6 is numbered PNO #1-83-56; (2) Regional Inspection Report, which we understand is num-bered #50-219/83-14 (and particularly paragraph 10.2 of that report, although the whole report is needed);'
(3) OSHA report, if possible.
We would appreciate 3your responding to this request within the time limits specified in the Freedom of Information Act.
