Also' enclosed is a check in the amount of $150.00 in accordance with 10 CFR Part 170.
This submittal proposes changes in the following areas:
- 1) Peaking Factor Limits; 2) Reporting; 3) Table of Contents; 4) Refueling Baron Concentration; 5) Radioactive Source Leakage Tests; 6) SRO Shift Require-ments; 7) Deletion of Snubber Table; 8) Spray Additive Tank Requirements;
- 9) Discharge Canal Flow Monitoring; 10) Radioactive Effluent Monitoring Instrumentation Surveillance Requirements; 11) Radiation Environmental Monitoring Program Sample Collection and Analyses; and 12) Changes in Management Titles.
Exhibit A describes the pri. : sed changes, reasons for changc., and significant hazards evaluation.
Exhibit B contains the revised Technical Specification pages.
Exhibit C is the NSP report NSPNAD-8406 entitled " Safety Evaluation with Increased Enthalpy Rise Factor".
Exhibit D is the Exxon Nuclear Company report XN-NF-84-03 entitled " Limiting Break LOCA-ECCS Analysis with Increased Enthalpy Rise Factor".
Both these reports support the peaking factor limit changes.
