DESCRIPTION 07 OCCU2RENCE: On February 5th at approximately 11:00 hours, the hotwell of "Y condonsor was flooded in order to nearch for tube Icaks in the

. North and South water boxes. As part of thin operation, it is r required to drain thd water boxes in preparation for personnel access. This is accomplished by " cracking" the backwanh dinchar valven (one per water box) and opening the water box vent valver
