The subject addenda are foruarded to the U. S. Nucicar Regulatory Cornmission (NHC) as prescribed in the NRC approved August 1983 " Physical Security Plan. San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station, Units 1,2 and 3
- Two copies of each addendum have been lorwarded by this letter to the Regional Administrator, NRC Region V.
The temporary changes presented in the addenda do not decrease the safeguards effectheness of this plan. The addenda contain "Sateguards info mation" and must be protected under 10 CFR 73.21.
