. L MR. THOMAS SHEDLOSKY MR. KARL PLUMBLEE At 1545 April 15,1976 we received a telephone film badge report from R. S. Landauer which indicated exposure of five contractor employees to greater than 3 REN for the first calendar quarter.
Reviewed TLD and dosimeter records for these incividuals which indicated all exposures were less than 3 REN.
Notified Mr. Karl Plumblee by telephone of the applicable exposure levels and commenced investigation to resolve discrepancies.
