20555 Petiy Nuclear Power Plant Docket lio. 50 440 Semiannual Radinactive Effluent Release Repott Centlement Ve are hereby submitting the Semiannual Radioactive Effluent Release Report for the Perty Nuclear Povet Plant, Unit I for the period of July 1, to December 31, 1991.
This report meets the sequ.rements of Regulatory Guide 1.21, as applicable to the Perry Technical Specification, Section 6.9.1.7 All effluent t eleases vete within the concentiation and t elease limits specified in the Radiological Effluent Technical Specifications.
At the time thir tcport was generated, the fourth quarte: analysis results for Sttontium-09/90 d lion-55 vete not available.
These results vill be repotted in the nxxt Semiannual Radioactive Effluent Release Repott.
Also, this report includes cortections to the Semiannual Radioactive U fluent Release Reports !or ieporting perlods betveen January 1988 through June 1991.
This resulted vhen it was determined on June 5, 1991, that the effluent system
/
flow rate monitor for the Tut hine flullding/lleate Bay 11ullding vent radiation monitor had been inopetable during tvo fan opetation since the summer of 1988 (reference Licensee Event kepott 91-012).
These corrections vote made for the time periods when the flow monitor reeding diffeted from the actual flow reading by greater than 10 percent (see page 13 and Attachment 10).
