TRANSMITTAL OF " APPLICANTS' RESPONSE TO INTERVENOR INTERROGATORIES TO APPLICANTS ON ADMITTED SECURITY PLAN CONTENTION" On March 15, 1984, Intervenors Kudzu Alliance, CHANGE, and Wells Eddleman, filed their Interrogatories to Applicants on Admitted Security Contentions (Contention 4
- Reliance on LLEA).
On Monday, March 19, 1984, Mr. Runkle, attorney for the Intervenors, and Hill Carrow, Applicants' Attorney, met with officials of the Wake County Sheriff's Department regarding questions and concerns which Intervenors had concerning Contention 4. During the course of that meeting, those officials were able to answer a number of the Intervenors' questions on security issues.
Accordingly, Applicants and Intervenors met and determined which Interrogatories still required answering by Applicants. Attached are responses to those interrogatories.
The attached Applicants' Response to Intervenor Interrogatories to Applicants on Admitted Security Plan Contention contains material which is classified as
" SAFEGUARDS INFORMATION" and is clearly marked as such. This attachment is to be protected in accordance with 10 C.F.R. S 73.21 and the Protective Order previously entered in this action. The limited service list indicates which parties received the attachment.
