2.-
Subsequent to the completion of the evidentiary' hearings on emergency planning issues, I became aware of'an additional private school and an additional preschool in the plume exposure pathway EPZ.
The purpose of this affidavit is to provide this information to the Licensing Board and the parties and to

. 3.
The Immanuel Baptist Church Academy, located in Burlington, has seven students and one teacher and follows the same schedule as the public schools.
A preschool located in the Methodist church in LeRoy has ld children supervised by three adults.
It meets on Monday and Friday for two hours each day.
Neither school provides any transportation for its children.
4.
Evacuation of these two educational facilities would be handled in the same manner as the evacuation of the other four private schools and day care centers in the plume exposure pathway EPZ.
In the event of an evacuation, parents would be permitted to pick up their children, but would not need to do so.
As soon as the public schools have been evacuated, the next available 1uses from the surrounding school districts would run a route cor>rised of the private schools, day care centers and preschool, picking up everyone remaining there.
See Applicants' Proposed Findings of Fact, dated March 20, 1984, 1 134.
With the large number of buses available, see Applicants' Proposed Findings, 11 130, 132, the additional 25 students and four adults from the two additional facilities will easily be accomodated within the two and a half hour period contemplated for evacuating the four private schools and day care centers discussed at the j/
evidentiary. hearings._
