This'is in response to the subject IE Bulletin No. 83-08 on the matter of reactor trip breaker failures. Westinghouse DB, Westinghouse DS, General Electric AK-2 or similar breakers with undervoltage trip attachments (UVTA) are not used in safety related applications at the Clinton Power Station.
