Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station Docket No. 50-219 Technical Specification Change Request No. 119 GPU Nuclear submitted Technical Specification Change Request No. 119 by letter dated December 21, 1984'.3 As we have discussed, the submittal contained typographical errors as well as other changes that warrant explanation. The attached pages 3.1-4, 3.1-7, 3.1-7a, 3.1-11a and 4.2-la along with the explanations below are provided for clarification purposes. Please replace the previously submitted pages with the attached.
No changes have been made to the attached page 3.1-7a as a result of the subject change request. The changing of page 3.1-7 necessitated the relocation of some information to page 3.1-7a.
The subject change request resulted in changes to Item 7 of page 3.1-11, and are noted as such. In a previous amendment the greater than or equal to as well as the less than or equal to notation in the trip setting column on pagd 3.1-11 had been inadvertently omitted. The omission had been submitted and approved without being noticed by GPU Nuclear or the NRC. The subject change request presented an opportunity to correct this situation, and, as a result GPU Nuclear inserted the notation as it had originally existed.
