St. Lucie Units 1 & 2 Docket Nos. 50-335, 50-389 IE Bulletin 83-08 Florida Power & Light has reviewed IE Bul1etin 83-08 (Electrical Circuit Breakers With an Undervoltage Trip Feature in Use in Safety Related Applications Other Than the Reactor Trip System).
We have reviewed all safety related circuit breakers at St. Lucie Unit 1 and found no breakers other than reactor trip switchgear, which utilized an undervoltage trip attachment.
A similiar review was conducted for St. Lucie Unit 2 and five safety-related breakers other than reactor trip switchgear that utilize an undervoltage trip attachment were identified. A listing of these breakers is attached. We are conducting the design review requested by Item 2 of the bulletin, and will provide a discussion of the evaluation and the information concerning breaker surveillance and experience by June 30, 1984.
