Dear Mr. O'Reilly:

In my -letter of February 1,1984 concerning replacement of undersized motor operators for Westinghouse valves (Significant Deficiency Report No.

SD 413-414/82-09) it was stated that work would be completed for Unit I and Unit 2 by April'1,-1984. Due to the extension of ESF_ testing, which involves two remaining valves on Unit 1, the expected completion date for this deficiency will be April 16, 1984.
