this Af ter a phone conversation with Samt.ntha Flynn, Counsel for Applicants, issue has been resolved. The Applicants have agreed not to pursue depositions or interrogatories of the security experts qualified in this proceeding.
Informal discovery on the security contention is continuing smoothly and both parties are working for a mutual resolution.
