Technical Specifications for Seabrook - Units 1&2

Dear Mr. Knighton:

Enclosed for your use and information please find 60 copies of the Westinghouse Standard Technical Specifications, Revision 4, which have been marked-up to reflect the proposed Technical Specifications for Seabrook Station - Unit s 1 & 2.

By copy of this letter, the Seabrook Technical Specifications are also being submitted to USNRC Region I for their use in preparation of Seabrook Station Operator Licensing examinations, currently scheduled to be given in the Fall of 1984. Any revisions made to hin document will not be included in the initial Operator License Training Program. However, these revisions will be reflected in the Seabrook Station Operator Licensing Requalification Program which is scheduled for implementation immediately subsequent to completion of the operator licensing examinations.

It should be noted that there are several "laters" in these Technical Specifications. Some of these "laters" cannot be filled in until applicable system pre-operational testing is complete, while others can be filled in when the data becomes available. When this information becomes available, or other changes are made, revisions to these Technical Specifications will be submitted to you for review by your staff.
