Withdrawal of Proposed Change No. 115, Reactor Coolant System Leakage
Dear Sir:
By Reference (b) we submitted a request to amend our Operating License with respect to Reactor Coolant System leakage criteria. The purpose of this letter is to withdraw the subject amendment request from consideration. The system leakage provisions called for in the amendment request were the subject of an NRC Confirmatory Order, dated June 27, 1983 [ Reference (c)], based on commitments we had made in Reference (d).
The Reactor Coolant System leakage provisions, detailed in Reference (c), have been in place since startup from our 1983 refueling outage.
