- 3) IE BULLETIN NO. 83-07, SUPPLEMENT NO. 2, SAME SUBJECT The subject IE Bulletin and Supplements requested licensees of facili-ties with construction permits or operating licenses to provide a written response within eight (8) months of the date of the subject Bulletin.

The Supply System has conducted a thorough search of its own purchases and requested all suppliers and contractors to review their subcon-tractors' procurement documents and respond in writing to the Supply System.
The investigation revealed one supplier (HPD, Inc.) who furnished f
material purchased from Ray Miller, Inc. The material is installed
't in the {norganic Chemical Waste Separators, non safety-related equip-ment. Subsequent engineering evaluau on nas concluded that effects of utilizing the potentially fraudulent material is inconsequential, k
with respect to the design / operational characteristics of the equip-ment, and therefore requires no further evaluation / action.
As requested by the subject Bulletin, time expended during research, evaluation and preparing a written response has amounted to approx-
