ERANCH Crystal River Nuclear Plant Case No. 2-94-036S In Re: David Fields WITHDRAWAL OF MOTION TO OUASH SUBPOENA COMES NOW Movant, David Fields, by and through counsel, and hereby withdraws his previously filed Motion to Quash the subpoena served upon him in this case. As grounds for this withdrawal, the Movant would show the Court that he has been able to reach su accommodation with the Office of Investigation of the NRC on this issue. Because the transcripts will be made available to his counsel for review and inspection, the Motion to Quash is hereby made moot, thus justifying the withdrawal of the previously filed Motion to Quash.
