Pursuant--to 10CFR 50.54(p), please find attached five (5) copies of Revision 19 to the McGuire Nuclear Station Security Plan. Revision 19 Eeflects changes.in vital area barriers and portals'2 the deletion of several interim chapter 10.0 statements concerning't'he interim barrier, deletion of interim drawing MSP 10-00, changes to several final drawings which reflect the Revision 19 text and changes to lock and key control commitments. Revision 19 does not decrease the effectiveness of the McGuire Nuclear Station Security Plan.
This material is applicable to security provisions at McGuire Nuclear Station; therefore, Duke requests that this material be withheld from public disclosure pursuant to 10CFR 73.21.
