Long Island Lighting Company; Shoreham Nuclear Power Station, Unit 1; Docket No. 50-322-OL-3 Gentlemen:
Enclosed are copies of testimony submitted on behalf of Suffolk County concerning the Group II.B contentions as to which testimony is due today.
The enclosed testimony covers Contentions 24.E, 24.F.2 and F.3, 24.J, 24.N, 60, 61, 63, 69, 70, 71, 72, 85 and 88.
The County intends to pursue the remaining Group II.B contentions by cross examination, except Contentions 11 and 15, as to which testimony will be filed March 30, 1984.
