Two repeated tests founo the current satisfactory. After engineering re vi ew concluded that the system was operational and fully capable of performing its function, the LCO was cancelled.

Redundant switch PDIS-2119 was in calibration and fully operable.

The ESW loop was declared inoperable and an LCO commenced.
The vent val ve failure resulted in approximately a 10% reduction in ESW pump flow.
At 1216 hours0.0141 days <br />0.338 hours <br />0.00201 weeks <br />4.62688e-4 months <br />, the "B" ESW pump was started following vent va l ye maintainance and the proper operation of the auto vent was verffled.
At 1320 hours0.0153 days <br />0.367 hours <br />0.00218 weeks <br />5.0226e-4 months <br />, the "B" ESW loop was declared operable cancelling the LCO.
02-29-84 During sur olliance testing of HPCI, a steam stop va l ve failed to open In the required time af ter the - Aux. oil pump was started.
In response, at 1200 hours0.0139 days <br />0.333 hours <br />0.00198 weeks <br />4.566e-4 months <br />, HPCl was declared inoperable and a 7 day LCO was commenced.
(LER 84-012 pending).
