i The: subject request was submitted to the NRC by;GPU_ Nuclear letter dated February:28', 1995. The request proposes to revise the Oyster Creek Technical Specifications to remove the administrative requirement that a review be performed by GPU Nuclear to determine:
the existence of an unreviewed safety question for proposed changes to the Technical Specifications and for violations of the Technical Specifications.
