Dear Tom Baxter:
This letter is to make some minor corrections to the statement i
of schedule agreements between Staff and me, and Aplicants and me, I
in your letter of 3-13 (received 3-16), and to ask you a question.
t First, the extension to April 3 for Eddleman kl applies only te second-round questions not based on welder information.
The Board on March 8 denied your motion for a protective order concerning the welder information.
I have not received it.
Do you no 08 plan to appeal this decision or seek other relief instead of giving ta n c)U me the information?
That's my question.
If the anm4* is Yes, then Ab gg filing of appeal or other filings seeking relief will be sufficient tv answer to my question.
If no, I'd appreciate getting the info soon.
Second, the agreement with Staff is virtually identical, as I. said in the message I'left with your office.
The difference is they allow til 7 % March 23d for interrogatories on Joint VII, and we reciprocate.
h6% FMeh,45# MI've now noticed on your letterheind that John O'Neill is a S
