APPLICATION FOk AMENDMENT TO OPERbTING LYCENSE Pursuant to Section 50.90 of the regulations of the U.S.
Nuclear Regulatory Commission, Duquesne Light Company hereby requests that the technical specifications set forth in Appendix A to this license be amended to revise Table 3.2-1 of Specification 3.2.5.
Specifically, the value for reactor coolant system flow uncertainty would be lowered from 3.5% to 2.0% and the measured reactor coolant system flow limit wou.Ld be lowered from 2 274,800 gpm to 2 270,850 gpm.
The proposed technical specification change is set forth in Attachment.
A to this application.
A safety analysis and no significant hazard evaluation are set forth in Attachment B.
A typed replacement page for the technical specification is contained on Attachment C.
Based on the guidance provided by the commission, the proposed changes-have been determined to involve no significant hazards consideration in accordance with 10 CFR 50.92.
WHEREFORE, Applicant respectfully requests that Appendix A to the operating license be amended in tne form attached hereto as Attachment A.
