, To_OEERAT1HG LICEfGJ Pursuant to Section 50.90 of the regulations of the U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission, Duquesne Light Company hereby requests that the Technical Specifications not forth in Appendix A to thoso licensos be amanded to modify the differential temperaturo requirements related to starting reactor coolant pumps.

The proposed technical specification changos are set forth in Attachments A to this Application. A Safety Analysis and no significant hazard- evaluation are set forth in Attachment B. Typed replacement pagos for the Technical Specifications are included in Attachwant C. Based on the guidanco provided by the Commission, the proposed changes have been datormined to involve no significant hazards consideration in accordance with 10 CFR 50.92.

WHEREFORE, Applicant respectfully requests that Appendix A to those operating licensos be amended in the form attachod horcto as Attachment A.
