which set forth respectively, the change in the Technical Specifications, the safety analysis (including the no significant hazards evaluation),
and the typed replacement Technical Specification pages.
This chenge has boon reviewed by the Onuite safety Committee and Offsite Review Committee and was determined to be safe based on the attached safety analysis.
The requested target date for approval of this proposed change is April 30, 1992.
