superseded by our TSIP submittal (Reference 2).
Reference 1 submitted Proposed Change Number (PCN) 405. Since submittal of this PCN, Edison has submitted PCN 299 Technical Specification Improvement Program, which-incorporates this PC 1.
It is our ' understanding that NRC approval of Edison's requested changes will occur as part of the NRC's approval of PCN 299.
Therefore, Edison withdraws PCN 405.
