By letter dated August 17,1994, Southern Nuclear Operating Company (SNC) proposed changes .

to the Farley Unit I and Unit 2 Technical Specifications to eliminate periodic pressure sensor response time testing requirements. SNC letter dated June 15,1995 provided supplemental information as requested by NRC letter dated April 17,1995. During a conference call on June 27,1995, the Staff requested that SNC clarify whether Foxboro NEl1GM or El1GM and b.

. NE13DH or E13DH transmitters were installed at Fmley and if a similarity analysis was required

' for the E13DH transmitters. During a subsequent conference call on July 17,1995, SNC confirmed that the Foxboro NEllGM transmitters were installed in Farley Unit I for the pressurizer pressure protection system function and that Foxboro E13DH transmitters were installed in Farley Unit I and Unit 2 for the reactor coolant system loop flow protection sptem function. " Elimination of Pressure Sensor Response Time Testmg Requirements," to include a Foxboro E13DH similarity analysis, priority information clarifx:ations, and the text enhancements discussed in our supplemental response. This letter provides the revised WCAP.

WCAP-13632, Revision 2 (Westinghouse propnetary class 2) and WCAP-13787, Revision 2 (Westinghouse proprietary class 3) are -*M__. along with Westinghouse authonzation letter CAW-95-866 and accompanying afixiavit, proprietary information actice, and coppight notice.  ;

Corporation, it is supported by an affidavit signed by Westmghouse, the owner of the information. i
