Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station Docket No. 50-219 Technical Specification Change Request No. 103 On July 18, 1983, we had requested a change to the Oyster Creek Technical Specifications. Since that time, there have been several discussions between GPUNC staff members and NRC staff members. On February 1, 1984, we provided a more detailed discussion of the change to support our original "No Significant Hazards" determination which was accanplished pursuant to 10 CFR 50.91.
Most recently, we have agreed with car staff to add one word to clarify a section of the Technical Specifications and to be in " Hot Shutcown Condition" if secondary containment is accidentally lost and cannot h restored within four (4) hours. Because there is no definition of " Hot Shutdown Condition" in the Oyster Creek Technical Specificatior, we have incorporated the Standard Ibchnical Specification definition into the Limiting m ndition for Operation (LCO) Action Statement.
