-In'a letter dated January 31, 1984, Carolina Power & Light Company (CP&L)
. submitted a request to revise Technical Specification (TS) 5.3.1, Fuel Assemblies, for Brunswick Steam Electric Plant, Unit No. 1.
In this revision CP&L.squested that an enrichment level of 3.00 weight percent be inserted in.d TS 5.3.1.
Following a conversation with your Staff, CP&L has agread to chstge the 3.00 weight percent number to 2.99 weight This number will accurately refle't' the enrichment level used in the c
percent.
