Dear Sir:
On 10/11/91 MKW Power Systeme notified the USNRC of two potential reportable defecte.
Report number 10CFR21-0058 deals with the camshaft bearing assembly mounting bolt, EMD PN 188146.
Report nuinber 10CFR21-0059 deals with the camshaft locating stud, EMD ?N 8034672.
Attached are the follow up reporte for these defects.
