_ Construction Implementation Overview CIO has completed a review of the response to NIR 008 and considers it satisfactory. This clears NIR 008 and CIO Hold Point 010.

In order to clarify some misunderstanding it should be recognized that all CIO hold points regarding Bechtel and MPQAD Training have been released and CIO has no restraints upon assignment of those personnel to any activity. CIO will continue to monitor training commitments with particular emphasis on the following areas:
