SUMMARY
REPORT Pursuant to the provisions of ASME Section XI, Virginia Electric and Power Company i
hereby submits the enclosed. Inservice Inspection Report for the North Anna Power Station Unit 21995 Steam Generator Replacement / Refueling outage. This report is a summary of examinations performed during the outage for the second period of the North Anna Unit 2 second ten-year inservice inspection interval. The report consists of three attachments.

Replacement and the associated summaries, are provided pursuant to IWA-6220 of the 1986 Edition of ASME Section XI. Attachment 3 provides an evaluation analysis for two components found to exceed the acceptance standards of IWF-3410 but which were determined to be acceptable without repair.
