Dear Dr. Morris:
In accordance with paragraph 6.6.1.C, Technical Specifications, H. B. Robinson Unit No. 2, it is reported that a leak developed in the main coolant sample cooler on August 22, 1971 allowing primary coolant -
to leak into the component cooling system. The cooler was isolated arid willbereglaced., Maximum,activityinthecomponentcoolingsystemwas 7.65 X 10 micro curies per cubic centimeter.
