Operating License No. DPR-50 Docket No. 50-289 Draf t Operating Licensee Conditions for Restart This letter responds to your letter dated February 22, 1984.
As you requested we have identified on the' attached those Draft Licensee Conditions we consider complete. Based on this, we request that those conditions be deleted.
In addition, Draft Licensee Conditions B.5 should specify 46% power provided that it is understood that a demonstration of EFW automatic initiation on either loss cf feed water pumps or on loss of four RC pumps, and not both, fulfills the condition.
Finally Draf t Licensee Condition D.4 should specify a level I PRI, and be submitted by June 30, 1984.
Except as noted above we fi1d these Draft Licensee Conditions complete and acceptable. With the above comments resolved we believe no meeting is necessary.
