The NRC was notified of a potentially reportable deficiency in i

Reference-(A), an Interim Report was transmitted by Reference (B), and a . i Time Extension-.was requested by Reference -(C). At that time, it was l x

estimated .that a Final Report would be available by February 29, 1984.

Due-to the extensive investigation and evaluation required, it is now

. expected that'this information will be finalized by March 15, 1984, at

-which~ time a complete report will be submitted.

There is no new information or change to~the Interim Report at this time.
