NRC Inspection 50-361/95-06 and 50-362/95-06; Inspectors: J. Russell, D. Desaulniers, and E. Brown During the referenced human factors special inspection (IR 95-06), Edison indicated that we would be evaluating control room command structure and implementing any necessary changes prior to the Unit 3 refue_ ling outage.
This evaluation, " Safety Engineering Command and Control Evaluation SEA 95-05," was

completed on July 12, 1995, and the appropriate corrective actions were implemented prior to July 22, the start of the Unit 3 cycle 8 refueling outage. As requested by Mr. Desaulniers on April 14, during the inspection exit interview, a copy of the evaluation is enclosed.
