Catawba Nuclear Station Docket Nos. 50-413, 50-414 NRC Bulletin 89-01, Supplement 2 Duke Power responded to the Actions Requested in Bulletin 89-01, Supplement 2, in a letter dated August 9,1991. By letter dated November 8,1991, the NRC requested that additionalinformation be provided for Catawba Unit 1 in regards to Action Requested Item 2, Parts (b) through (f). The additional information is as follows:
(b) This part does not apply since all Westinghouse plugs installed have been repaired at Catawba Unit 1.
(c) This part does not apply since there are no plugs fabricated from NX-5222 installed and all Westinghouse plugs have been repaired.-
(d) The installation of Westinghouse mechanical plugs fabricated from Iconel 600 has been discontinued.
(e) This part does not apply since 2 (a) and 2 (d) were satisfied.
(f) The recommendations concerning ALARA will be considered when performing plug repairs or replacements at all times.
