We are requesting this information on behalf of Texas Utilities.

It will be used by the Licensee to assess corrective actions needed to assure that incidents of the type alleged in EA 83-132 are avoided in the future and to respond to the December 22, 1983, Notice of Violation and Proposed Imposition of Civil Penalty.

Because that response is due on or before January 23, 1984, we would appreciato a final disposition of our Freedom of Information Act Request as soon as possible,.but in any event within the ten working day period afforded by 10 C.F.R. Part 9.
