ITHS19146 LUBE OIL HIGH TEMPERATURE SWITCH DG1A l

Prior calibration was performed on 3/3/90. At that time it found out of tolerance with a trip point of 211.0 *F and a reset of 203.1 *F switch was calibrated and returned to service with a trip point of 200.2 *F an a reset of 193 degrees On 3/30/90 the switch was moved for calibration and found out of tolerance with

.4 *F a a reset of 188.0 *F.

The switch operated O cluasn,a trip point of 1 shly. It was ce. wi a new switch calibratec to trip poin 201.27 *F and'a reset of 196.2
