Occurrer.cc that was noted on December 30, 1974, at Surry Nuclear Power Station.
A crack was found in the body of a Unit 2 containment spray.ctneck valve.
Subsequent investigation has revealed rockshaft cracks in five other containment spray and recirculation spray check valves.
The Unit 2 containment spray check valve and aII cracked rockshafts are being replaced.
