Nuclear Power Station.

Unit one reactor was at intermediate shutdown condition during post refuel.1ng start up. Containment partial pressure had been establish.d.

Tw va)ves in the Station Instrument air supply to the Contaltunent Instru-ment air system wre open in victatice of Tech. Spec. 3 8.

The two valves were shut and locked in accordance w3 th operating proced ures.
