SLNRC-84-0011, " Power Systems Branch Review Grid Undervoltage," January 31, 1964 Union Electric Company herewith transmits an application for amendment to Facility Operating License Number NPF-30 for the Callaway Plant. This amendment' application-revises the trip-setpoint, allowable value, total allowance, sensor error, and "Z"-value of the "4 kV Undervoltage - Grid Degraded Voltage" protection function in Technical Specification Table 3.3-4, Functional Unit 8.b, to agree with the required design values.

A related revision to Technical: Specification-Table 3.3-4, Functional Unit 8.a, "4 kV Undervoltage -

Loss of Voltage," was included in'a previous' license amendment request'(Reference ULNRC-2451, "Callaway.

Plant / Docket Number' 50-483/ Revision to Technical Specifications," August 1, 1991).

The callaway Plant on-Site Review Committwis-and -

the Nuclear Safety Review Board have' reviewed and- ,

approved ~this amendment application. Attachments 1 through 4 provide the Technical Specification changes, Safety Evaluation, Significant Hazards Evaluation, and-Environmental-Consideration, respectively. It has been detormined that this amendment application does not
