I am appealing the effective denial of a Freedom of Information request I made on October 7,1983, for all documents related to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission's Construction Assessment Team (" CAT") inspection conducted from September 6 to September 30, 1983, at the Palo Verde Nuclear Generating Station.
I have not received any documents pursuant to this request, including the CAT Inspection Report issued approximately three weeks ago.
If I ao not receive a response within the statutory reply period, I will construe your silence as an effective denial of this administrative appeal.
