Will you let me know if it is wisc for me to report to your office discrepancies which I noticed in the construction of this project, which should not appear especially in a nuclear plant. As a responsible engineer, I feel it my duty to report this matter to your office. It is worst now since the owner, PECO is trying to meet their 8' fuel load schedule". Please treat this matter confidentially.
